In this project in Valldoreix, Sant Cugat, biopassive architecture comes to life in a home that breathes sustainability and elegance. This home blends a modern aesthetic with the use of natural materials, such as its imposing Douglas wood facade treated in gray autoclave. A retreat where every detail has been thought to integrate perfectly with the environment.

The interior design of this house is as cozy as it is innovative, with OSB walls in contrasting colors that provide warmth and character, complemented by a polished concrete floor that highlights its contemporary style. The large windows allow natural light to enter, while solutions such as the pergola and the Alicantine shutters ensure a comfortable temperature in all seasons.
